Microblading is semi permanent and typically lasts 1-3 years. Annual refreshers are recommended as the microblading will fade lighter with time.
If you have oily skin refreshers are usually recommended, around the 8 month mark to a year, as your sebum pushes out the pigment causing it to fade faster.
Anesthetic gel is used during your procedure to ensure you remain comfortable throughout the procedure. However, only for the first 5 minutes, clients would often say the pain level is a 5/10, a similar sensation to threading. Once you are numbed after the 5 minutes you feel no pain.
No direct water on the brows for 10 days
Apply the ointment given by your artist 3x a day for 10 days
No gym, sweating, sauna, skincare products on the brows, and sun exposure for 10 days

A brow lamination is a treatment that only uses your natural hairs, the treatment lifts the brows giving the illusion of fuller thicker brows.
The main difference is that hairs are added with microblading and lasts 1-3 whereas with a brow lamination only your natural hairs are used and it lasts 6 weeks.

Typically around 6 weeks, using a serum will prolong it.
